Begin with Setting an Intention
"إِنَّمَا الْأَعْمَالُ بِالنِّيَّاتِ"
This is a space for growth, ease, and transformation, and your intentions will define what you take out of it.
Here are some intentions you might set for yourself:
🌿 I will use this space to the best of my ability, that does not mean guilt-tripping myself when I miss a session, nor does it mean forcing myself to show up perfectly.
🌿 I will not let my perfectionism keep me from getting value from this space. Whether I attend live, watch recordings, or take small steps at my own pace, every bit of engagement is movement forward.
🌿 I will trust the process. If I don’t see immediate change, I will remind myself that deep transformation happens in layers.
🌿 I will not let time scarcity dictate my growth. If I miss a session, I will pick up where I left off without shame. If I only have time to listen passively, I will still take what I can.
🌿 I will not second-guess my needs. If I feel the urge to ask a question, I will ask. If I feel the need to just listen, I will listen. However I engage, I will trust that it is enough.
🌿 I will create a learning structure that works for me. Whether I take notes, reflect privately, or discuss insights with a trusted friend, I will make this space my own.
🌿 I am doing this for the sake of Allah. Any effort I make toward healing, self-awareness, and improving my relationships is an act of worship.
🌿 I will not rush. Information does not lead to transformation, it’s about allowing change to unfold naturally.
🌿I will give myself grace. I am here for a reason. I don’t have to have everything figured out to start.

How to Get Coached in Wisdom Wednesdays
Coaching is most effective when you come prepared. To make the most of this space, follow these steps:
Step 1: Pre-Submit Your Coaching Question
📩 Email: [email protected] or reply to any email sent from ILCS
Subject Line: WW Coaching Question
Body of Email:
- Write a short coaching question (clear and direct).
- If you prefer privacy, include an identifier instead of your real name (this can be a nickname, username, or any name of your choice).
Step 2: Attend the Live Session
Women will be coached in the following order:
1st priority: You have submitted an email with coaching question/topic AND are present during the live session
2nd priority: You are present in the live session and raise your hand to be coached.
3rd priority: You emailed a question but are not present live ( You can catch the answer in the recording)
4th priority: You ask a question in the chat ***
***This is not a priority list by importance. 4th place does not mean your question is less important, I just have to work with my bandwidth and time capacity to make the coaching life changing for everyone. More often than not, Alhamdullilah everyone's coaching needs are met
Step 3: Ensuring Privacy (Optional)
If privacy is your utmost priority:
- Change your Zoom name before the session to match the identifier in your email.
- Join with your chosen identifier instead of your real name.
- I will use the identifier in the email to call for coaching.
I currently do not have the capacity to coach via email. However, if I have a resource that can answer your question effectively, I will send it to you.
