Week 6: Conclusion: Consolidate all the information and transformation that you have gained. The coaching itself can be as self-guided and as structured as the client feels comfortable with. The course comes with workbooks for support, they are recommended but not required. There is TONS of information to learn and process and the learning for you will continue for a lifetime. You will come out of these sessions asking yourself why I didn't do this earlier.
