  • I am sorry to interrupt but I didn't understand your point
  • I am sorry I don't mean to sound rude but you are stepping on my toe (like literally). Or, more commonly, you sit there and take the pain because its better than facing the pain of making the other person uncomfortable
  • I am sorry I know you don't like cold weather, but I love how everything is looking after the snow.

If you are saying sorry just for existing in your element, you NEED this training.

  • Always saying yes to additional work or projects, even when you don't have the bandwidth to take them on.

  • Agreeing with everything your boss or colleagues say, even if you have a different opinion or perspective.

  • Constantly seeking validation or approval from your coworkers, rather than trusting your own abilities and judgment.

  • Taking on the blame for mistakes or errors, even if they were not entirely your fault.

  • Avoiding conflict or difficult conversations, even if they are necessary for the success of a project or team.

  • Recognition of your work by others feels uncomfortable

Because, It Really Is Possible!

I'M SAYING YES TO CONFIDENCE
NICE TO MEET YOU

As-salamu alaykum

I'm Kanwal, a physician, co-founder of our successful medical practice, the founder of the Islamic Life Coach School and host of Islamic Life Coach School Podcast. Just like you, I am on my journey to balance work and family life. I volunteer, I am the president of my kids' school PTA, I love to paint and travel. This is actually my picture on the Great Wall of China!

My passion for coaching began during my very demanding medical career when I noticed that I was not feeling the success that my social programing had offered me I would feel after I work my butt off in medical school and residency. I wasn't "feeling" successful at all. I was feeling burned out, exhausted, drained, absent from my kids life, YES,,, I was feeling all that but NOT successful. Even though I had a thriving practice and a supportive family.

They forgot to tell me I was missing EHITCAL CONFIDENCE. I learned that the hard way. Actually, life taught me such a hard lesson that I was literally at the verge of a mental breakdown.

But Alhamdullilah, I am here. Offering you what I wished I had when I was at my lowest point.

I had to curate my coaching approach that is rooted in Islamic principles because that was always the missing link for me.  So I Thank you for taking the time to get to know me because I'm excited to support you on your journey towards a more confident life.

"I'm a shy person by nature, and I always had trouble speaking up at work. But this training showed me how to be assertive without being rude, and now my coworkers listen when I talk."

"I used to feel so anxious about making decisions, but now I trust myself more and feel like I can handle anything that comes my way. This training was a game changer for me"

"I was hesitant to negotiate and always accepted the first offer. But now I practice being with the discomfort and negotiate my needs."
